Quotes keys delay problem when input language set to English US International.

If you installed the Windows OS and selected “English (United States – International)” as the input language (i think it is by default in Windows 7), you will probably be annoyed by the delay present when pressing the quotes keys [ " ], [ ' ], [`]. This is actually a stupid feature which forces you to double press those symbols or press space key after them for single instances.

To get rid of this crap, just change the input language in the control panel to anything else, for example “English (United States – US)”.
